Human Resource System

I developed a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) tailored to meet the needs of the HR department of CLAP/MAIL. This system helped the HR department keep records of their employees. It provided employees with the ability to access their HR files, review awards, and apply for leave. Supervisors could also use the system to approve leave requests and view an overview of all the employees reporting to them. The system featured a birthday notification that informed users about upcoming birthdays, allowing them to prepare and celebrate with their colleagues. Additionally, it offered a concise overview of employee attendance, providing quick insights into their attendance records.

Teaching Life

In addition to developing the Management Information System, I taught computer science subjects, including programming and web development, at Salam University in Afghanistan.
